It is really hard to get baby clothes that aren’t pale pink! So I am making Mira a funky hat with acid green and bright pink.

Hat idea
I have been searching all over the net for a pattern for a hat that is made out of circles, pancreatitis but couldn’t find one, pregnancy so here I am trying to make one up. If anyone knows of one, let me know!

Shamelessly, I add another Mira picture – I know, I know… But I really can’t help it!

And here is some wire crochet – not too sure about it…

Facebooking Ahoy!

Sunday, September 16th, 2007

Like many of my fellow Moosers, viagra I have joined Facebook, and have a lunch scheduled with another mum I haven’t seen for a while this week as a result! As I really find it hard to summon energy for more active tasks, surfing is my favourite form of procrastinating from housework, closely followed by crochet and going out for coffee.

Mira is now onto solids – the carrot went down better than rice – and has been swimming!

The difference between men and women

I bought Mira some foam alphabet letters for her bath today from Tesco – cool colours and they stick to the bath and tiles. The first thing I wanted to write was her name and a sunburst made of an ‘o’ and some ‘l’s. But the first thing Ben wrote while I was on the phone was ‘jobbies’.

Needless to say, nurse Mira was more interested in chewing a Q.
